Over the years, it became very clear that one serious obstacle to medium- and long-term development of the Central and Eastern European region mushroom industry in the absence of appropriate recruitment. Currently, it is recognized that there are no qualified mushroom industry professionals in the market and unfortunately not only in Hungary but also in the neighboring countries it is a very serious problem.
Bio-Fungi Kft. makes cooperation with secondary agricultural education institutes and universities and provides the students to make targeted researches such as crop protection, types of research, covering ground, ergonomics, nutrition, marketing, microbiology, etc. supporting this way the development of the mushroom industry.
