The biological basis, the mushroom spawn maintained by genetically stable, controlled and modern biotechnological methods is also a strong link in the chain of our quality assurance system.
All work phases, the raw materials and the finished products are controlled by our chemical-analytical laboratory with routine measurement methods. Before purchasing the raw materials we examine their properties influenced on technology but we also monitor the residues. Since 2005 we operate a software quality follow-up system as well.
